We ensure traceability and food safety with a robust farm-to-fork system. Partnering with 10,000 farmers, every batch gets a unique ID for tracking from farms to packaging. Our quality lab conducts regular tests for contaminants, pesticide residues, and microbiological safety, meeting global standards. We keep detailed records for six years, exceeding import documentation requirements.
What certifications and compliance standards do your products meet for international markets?
Our products comply with key international standards for the USA, Canada, and UK, including GLOBAL G.A.P., HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, USDA Organic, EU Organic, and Canada Organic certifications. Our spices are certified by the Spices Board of India. We ensure our A2 Cow Ghee is produced following traditional methods documented in Charaka Samhita, ensuring authenticity and premium quality.
How do you maintain product quality and freshness during international shipping?
We prioritize quality preservation during shipping by controlling the cold chain from harvest to delivery. This includes rapid pre-cooling, temperature-controlled storage, and refrigerated transport for fresh produce. Specialized packaging protects products and ensures proper ventilation. We monitor temperatures throughout transit. For spices, we use moisture-resistant packaging with modified atmosphere technology to keep them fresh. Our A2 Cow Ghee is packaged in food-grade containers to maintain its quality. We work with reliable logistics providers to select the best shipping methods for each product.
